Great atmosphere! Friendly, helpful staff. Learned to play Isle of Cats and New York Zoo. Really great evening out with a friend. Fantastic veggie & vegan food, fast service, good prices. We had vegan margherita pizza, garlic dough balls and potato wedges, to share between us, and some vegan chocolate chip cookies too (bargain nibble, right there!) . Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Manchester/ Greater Manchester.
Such a great place and service from the staff. The staff was so mindful, specifically Nick who helped us set up the whole board game we chose (Spirit Island) and explained all the mechanics and rules to us. Regarding the food, the breadsticks with hummus were great, as well as the milkshakes we ordered. We spent about 4h hours there and it was a lot of fun
Came here for my birthday yesterday and it was amazing. The food and drinks were 10/10, staff were incredible, so friendly and welcoming and attentive and made sure everything was going so smoothly! The owner was great in helping me get everything sorted for coming and they have an amazing range of games to play. Very grateful to you, goodtime games! And excited to come back again.
It was a fun experience visiting this cafe - great coffee and cake with the additional benefit of an extremely comprehensive range of games for all ages, interests and abilities. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile in explaining the game to us. It is a pricier option than just going for a coffee but also much more fun!
Really friendly staff who helped find an excellent game to play and to help setup and explain it! Good value for money with lots of vegetarian and vegan optional choices. Excellent selection of games for a smaller place, and happy to have paid a table fee for reserving a space in this small local business.
Amazing little cafe on the high street in west didsbury. Full of different board games to make your visit more entertaining. Went for a 60th birthday and we all had such an enjoyable afternoon. The food was delicious and the service was faultless. We were seated in the back room which was perfect as it felt we had the place to ourselves. Will be returning and definitely recommend.
Wow - what a brilliant Games cafe. Firstly the playing is really reasonable especially if you're a member. Secondly they have SO many games - probably the most I've ever seen in a Games place. The staff were super friendly and did great jobs of doing quick run-throughs of rules. It seemed super inclusive and welcoming of all people, which made us feel safe and happy. Especially loved the carrot cake and vanilla milkshake. Thanks for such a great experience!
Firstly, the staff are an absolute credit to this cafe! They couldn't be more friendly and helpful! We had a lovely time drinking 2 for 1 cocktails and playing all sorts of games here. They have so many games available, all were well maintained and the staff were on hand to recommend games or grab them from higher shelves. Love this place!
